Personal Coaching
‘When I’m in that meeting, I don’t speak up. Even though I want to.’

‘I should enforce my boundaries more, but I find that difficult.’

‘As a leader, I want to take a stand, but am often unsure about the right thing to do.’

‘How do I speak my mind without offending my colleagues?’

Everyone faces these types of questions in their work. In personal coaching you explore the part you play in the situation. By doing so, you can regain influence and change your behaviour – and therefore the situation. You will experience greater ease and effectiveness. Both within yourself and in your collaboration with others.

How it works
In several meetings you and I will explore what it is you would like to achieve. We will look at what stands in your way, what qualities you possess and how you can take actual steps. This process often entails 6-7 meetings over a period of several months. In between the appointments, you will work toward your goal, bringing you closer and closer to it.

Let’s get in touch
The process always starts with an introduction, at no charge and no obligation to you. To see if we ‘click’ and to explore how I can help you. If you are curious about what I can do for you, please get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.

About me
My goal is to make a difference by helping people, and thereby the organisation in which they work, to develop and grow. I believe that leadership (including personal leadership) is an essential condition for meeting the challenges that many organisations face. And that everyone can use a gentle — and sometimes firm — push every now and then. People who work with me describe me as easy to open up to. They say they feel respected and challenged at the same time.

I am a certified NOBCO/EMCC Practioner Coach. My background in linguistic and cultural studies – together with my experience as a communications adviser and manager – gives me a broad perspective on people, interaction and organisations. After twenty years of working in universities and knowledge-intensive organisations there is no need to explain your context to me. Apart from personal coaching, I also facilitate in various ways such as training, team development and leadership programmes.
